We are hiring dispatch agents who like the phone, know the load boards and treat a driver's week like their own. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with training on our lanes, brokers and back-office process.

  • Confident spoken and written communication with brokers, shippers and drivers.
  • Comfort negotiating rates and holding a number under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of load boards, TMS tools and shared spreadsheets.
  • English and Spanish is a strong advantage on our driver roster.
  • Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and availability outside standard hours.

About Us

A Las Vegas dispatch office built by people who answer the phone

Hana's Dispatch LLC is an independent truck dispatch company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, working with owner-operators and small carriers across the lower 48. We were founded on a simple idea: a driver deserves a dispatcher who knows their truck, their rate floor and their home time, not a call center reading from a script.

Our team covers hotshots, dry vans, reefers, RGN, flatbeds and box trucks. We book the freight, plan the route, negotiate the rate, complete the carrier onboarding and keep the confirmations, PODs and invoicing organized behind the scenes. You keep your authority, your insurance and your decisions; we bring the freight and the paperwork discipline.

We work bilingually in English and Spanish, communicate on the channel you prefer, and stay reachable when the load runs late. That relationship, load after load, is the whole business.
